Who we are
After years dedicated to the Spanish wine business and travelling around the world, we have decided to open the doors to our new home and share our passion about wine, art and the lifestyle of Mallorca.
SYLVIA OTTMANN
Mallorcan born, from a German father and a French mother, I have lived most of my life between Paris and Barcelona working in asset management. In 2009, I relocated to Mallorca to start a more relaxed life in a more peaceful environment. I decided to transform my love of wines into my profession and started studying and working as a Sommelier at one of the most prestigious wineries of the island. I love to travel and discover new places and cultures, and truly enjoy cooking with friends and family and sharing good times around a dinner table with a nice bottle of wine. I love communication and I started this new adventure to share my passion for the Mallorcan wine scene with travellers who are looking for more meaningful experiences.
Wolf Wilder
I was raised surrounded by nature and many lakes, in the north of Germany, where I had my own vegetable garden since I was 10 years old. After over 25 years living in major cities like Munich and Berlin, dealing professionally in Spanish wines, my dream had always been to return to nature and back to having my own garden to grow healthy organic vegetables. I fell in love with the Sóller Valley years ago, as its amazing good vibes allowed me to instantly slow down, unwind and enjoy life a way I never had before while being the CEO of a large company. I started looking for the perfect property to start this project and with Finca Can Coll it was love at first sight, as I saw right away the huge potential the Finca had.
We met some years ago on the island and both shared from the beginning our passion for good wines, gastronomy and the hospitality scene. So we decided to share our life and lifestyle and open the doors of our Finca to travellers. In Finca Can Coll, we welcome our guests and make sure they feel at home. This project is a life project that we want to share with our visitors during their stay in Mallorca. We want our guests to be able to focus on relaxation, self-reflection and getting away from it all, while enjoying the best this amazing island has to offer. Come and enjoy our Mediterranean dream!
