Social Dining
Table d’hôtes dinner offered regularly by the hosts who will serve a refined Mediterranean dinner with local produce and also vegetables from the finca´s organic garden. Our guests will have the possibility to share a unique dining experience at a communal table (max 10 people) in a lovely setting with a relaxed ambiance. Champagne aperitif in the garden followed by a wine pairing seasonal menu prepared by the hosts or a guest chef from the island. Our guests will share a wonderful and unforgettable evening.
The table d’hôtes is not simply a complement to our accommodation facilities; it is almost a philosophy of life during a stay in Mallorca. It goes along with our idea of Slow Tourism where we prioritise fewer, more meaningful experiences, taking time to explore local culture.
The essential idea of our table d’hôtes is going back to the basics: disconnecting of all our electronic devices, getting together, and sharing a moment of life around the same table. The table is reserved for the guests of the Finca, and there is a single menu for the whole table. The dinner is prepared exclusively for guests who have reserved a place, and the ingredients are purchased specifically for that meal. Every night the menu is different, offering refined Mediterranean dinners.
At the Finca we stock up our goods mostly from local producers. Seasonal fruit and vegetables are harvested from our own organic garden or are purchased directly from producers. We buy our meat from our local butcher, and our fish and seafood come directly from Soller’s fishmonger. The Table d’hôtes offers an authentic local cuisine.
Our guests first gather for a Champagne aperitif in the garden. It is a privileged moment to get to know each other, talk about your day and taste local delicacies. It is often the first contact with the other guests of the Finca, where everyone can benefit from the experience of those who already know the area. It is a perfect way to find out about the things to do on the island, as everyone can share their tips and discoveries. Then everybody moves on to our table to share dinner and take time to enjoy a gourmet meal, homemade with fresh and local products paired with the best Mallorcan wines, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
